see my reply to Robert, yes you can run multiple separate nsrjb commands,
and also check this out:

nsrjb -L -Y -S1-10 -S20-30 -S40-50 -S60-70 -f \\.\Tape0 -f \\.\Tape1 -f
\\.\Tape2 -f \\.\Tape3

I actually use this sometimes.

Out of curiosity, though, what if instead you just ran 4 separate nsrjb
processes, each specifying a different drive? I realize it's more work,
but would the max parallelism value need to be set to 4 to allow each
nsrjb to run at the same time, or does max parallelism only apply in the
case where you have one nsrjb process that hands the work to the various
devices like: nsrjb -EIv -S 1-4, for example?
