Martin,

Before you start doing the dance of joy I would verify that the
index entries weren't removed.  Just because you can change the
status doesn't guarantee that the index entries weren't already
removed.

You should use nsrinfo or recover(nwrecover) and verify that the
index entries still exist.

Example:

nsrinfo <clientname> | grep <date_of_backup>

Thanks to Stan as well as Joel Fisher for quick responses.  Stan's
suggestion below worked.  Joel suggested as well the same option with
the nsrjb command, which the man pages indicate would have worked just
as well if I specified the slot.  Thanks guys!
