You can control when this occurs.

I pick a relatively "quiet" time for my NetWorker landscape.

The file /nsr/mm/nsrim.prv timestamp decides the when.

So write a script to touch this file and run the "nsrim -X" yourself.

It will run it every 24 hours (give or take) if you don't.
