Srini,

Is this a new installation?  If it is I would highly suggest installing
6.1.3 instead of going with 5.5.3 (the 6.x releases have features that
fix many pain points).

It doesn't sound like you know much of the history of this server from
your responses.  Do you have someone whom you can check with about the
history of this box (ie. other applications which might have a lock on
the jukebox, etc.)?

The bottom line is NetWorker installs a driver called lus which
interacts with the jukebox.  When lus tries to talk to your jukeboxes
your jukeboxes are reporting back that they are busy.  You need to
figure out why your jukeboxes say they are busy.  There is no problems
with having tapes in the library.
