One of the current problems with file devices is that it will let you
define multiple devices as separate directories in one partition, but then
it won't work as expected. e.g. if you make 4 directories in a 100GB
partition, and tell NetWorker that each device is 25GB, then set the High
Water Mark to 20GB, you would expect staging to start when that directory
reaches 20GB, right? BUT, NetWorker looks at the space *remaining* on the
filesystem, not the space used, so wouldn't start staging until available
space on the whole partition goes down to 5GB.

This issue will probably be cleaned up in version 7, but for now, stick to
one partition per file-type device.
