If anyone is interested, we can probably send out script into the list.
It's not ready yet though, otherwise I'd just send it.

The problem is that you cannot define the schedule using the weekly
schedule as it changes every day.

You cannot use a date, as for example, In Feburary the 2nd saturday is the
8th and in September the 2nd saturday is the 13th.

the only way to do it is either manually or using a script.

incidently, in the unix gui, you just go to schedules and click on the date
you want to change and you can select an override from there

You can set an override that occurs ever month(or
week/quarter/year/etc..).

For example put the below in your override field:

full second saturday every month

You can put this in via nsradmin or the Windows GUI, but I don't think
you can put override commands in the Unix GUI(at least I don't see how).

In the Windows GUI go to Options->Customize and uncheck "Display
Schedules as Calendars".  Then you have the text override field when you
go to edit a schedule.
