[Networker] File size limit for Linux client
2003-02-10 06:45:04
Dear Networkers,
I just noticed the following error message in the report of one of our
Linux clients. The size of the file in question is 3.5 GB
> cae13.eldec.tsb-eu.com:/export/cae13b save: cannot stat
> /export/cae13b/CAESCRATCH/celtic/stm256v2/trans.tgz: Value too large
> for defined data type
Is there a limit for the file size for the Linux client?
Our server is Networker 6.1.1 running under Solaris 8, client is RedHat
73 with an 2.4.18-3smp kernel.
Regards
~christian
