Full (Level 0) is everything <grin>
Level 1 is everything back to the last Level 0
Level 2 is everything back to the last Level 1 or 0
...
Level 9 is everything back to the last Level 8 or 7 or ... or 0
Incremental is everything since the last anything (Level x or Incremental)
