Jim,

We performed just this upgrade in a test environment last week and it went
fine (6.02 -> 6.13).

There were no upgrade notes in the package as mentioned on the Legato site
so we did the following.

nsr_ize -u -s to remove old v6.0 software (but use -u for upgrade option)
installed the .bff files from the Legato 6.13 distribution using smitty
install
and nsr_ize -i -s to reinstall

All of the nsr definitions for clients and jukeboxes were saved correctly
and worked fine on restart.

Not sure if it has been mentioned to you or if you are running AIX 4.3.3,
but we were advised to install ML10 at the same time to get over some
Legato/AIX related issues.
