No-one answered this. Yes it does. You get 10 with the base enabler (one of
which is required for the server itself, and any others you buy on top of
that. The GUI will show how many you have in the top right hand corner of
the main screen (e.g. "NetWorker Power Edition/110") although of course you
don't see this with Enterprise Edition.

Can you refuse to do this? I much prefer working with an Enterprise Licence,
it is so much less trouble. If you haven't previously worked with separate
enablers and auth codes you're going to hate it. And there is always that
odd time when you forget to get a new enabler authorised and something fails
in NetWorker a few weeks later - hardly acceptable behaviour for an
Enterprise class product.
