Dear Group,
having problem backing up my Fileserver (Win2000 Cluster),
Backup Server :
Networker 6.1.1 Server on Win2000 Server SP2
Client Config :
Windows 2000 Adv. Server SP3
2 Clients : Physical Nodes A,B :
Savesets C:, SYSTEM DB:\,SYSTEM FILES:\,SYSTEM STATE:\
1 Client : Virtual Server revto435: Savesets D:,E:, Q:
With Backup Command : save -c revto435
to Backup the Virtual Server i had to use pathownerignore in nsr/bin.
(using SP2, Networker could backup D:,E: without Problems, with SP3
it is complaining that D:,E: is owned by Node A)
Backup was ok until we have to switch the active Node to B.
Networker was taking an Incremental Backup, however the amount of
Data saved was near Full (appx.80%). It seems Networker isn't fully
recognising the Index for the Virtual Server.
I've checked the Client Index for client-Ids. They are ok.
does anybody expieriencing similar behavior ?
regards
s.kapitza
