Roy,
There are a couple questions I need to ask:
1) Are there a lot of empty slots in your jukebox?
2) Do you have a large media database?
If this is the case then you might have ran into LGTpa45147.
This usually happens with the above scenario, when "nsrjb -I" is kicked
off during a backup.
I think it is fixed in 6.1.3.
