 Hello,
Here is the registry subkey:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session
Manager\SubSystems

Edit the "Windows" key. Its value could look like:
%SystemRoot%\system32\csrss.exe
ObjectDirectory=\Windows SharedSection=1024,3072
Windows=On SubSystemType=Windows ServerDll=basesrv,1
ServerDll=winsrv:UserServerDllInitialization,3
ServerDll=winsrv:ConServerDllInitialization,2
ProfileControl=Off MaxRequestThreads=16

The section "SharedSection=1024,3072" is missing a
third value. If there is a third value, it's too
small. Edit so it looks someting like
%SystemRoot%\system32\csrss.exe
ObjectDirectory=\Windows SharedSection=1024,3072,2048
Windows=On SubSystemType=Windows ServerDll=basesrv,1
ServerDll=winsrv:UserServerDllInitialization,3
ServerDll=winsrv:ConServerDllInitialization,2
ProfileControl=Off MaxRequestThreads=16

If you have the problem Carter is refering to
("Application failed to initialize properly. Click OK
 to terminate the application."), this should help.
Remember to reboot the server after changing the key.

HTH!
