Hello! We run Crossroads 8000 on STK L700 with SDLT drives. We often
register a null device in our lun maps that are distributed out to storage
nodes. We have found that a mount/unmount (which quickly releases the null
status) and jammed drives (which don?t release the null status) is the
reasoning behind a null device. A null device in a LUN Map will cause the
server to hang indefinitely, or until the Crossroads is rebooted.

Anyone see this problem, and how do you get around it? We have (4)L700?s
each with their own Crossroads. All have the same problem.

Jeff
