The DLT7000 is EOL.  If you need one, they can make a DLT8000 emulate a
DLT7000 by putting different code on it.  When this is done, the refer to
the DLT8000 as a DLT7000e and it can not be reused as a DLT8000.

Does anyone know whether or not DLT7000 drives are end of life?  Are
they still being manufactured?  Or are all "new" drives rebuilt.
