Hi,

We have an issue with our Alpha Store/Networker environment. When new tapes
are placed in the jukebox they are not becoming available in the Networker
database. The loaction is correct in Alpha Store and "nsrjb" looks fine,
but when you check the database with "mminfo -ar volume, avail" only the
tapes that were already in the jukebox have the "sm" flag set. We have
already contacted Legato support, and they sent us some new binaries which
was meant to fix this known bug. Obviusly these new binaries did not work.
The workaround at the moment is to either restart the Networker server or
manually moount the tapes without the "sm" flag set, both these options
correctly sets all tapes in the jukebox with the "sm" flag.
My question is has anyone experienced a similar problem and were there any
other means of correcting this. Thanks.....
