Jim,

   Assuming you're running a Unix-based NetWorker Server,
check out the '-c' option on the 'savegrp' command.  Running
or rerunning a backup for one or more certain clients is easy
via a commands such as:

  savegrp -l full -c client_a groupname
  savegrp -l 1 -c client_a -c client_b groupname

I typically run commands like these via 'at' whenever I need
to perform an unscheduled or ad hoc client backup.
