I didn't bother with a revision tag. They way I understood the
stinit(8) man page is that manufacturer, model, and revision can all
be used to identify a specific device, assuming you have multiple
device types. Since all of my drives were LTO I simply specified the
manufacturer and model and did not bother with a revision.

I used "mt -f /dev/nst0 stat" to verify the device settings but what
you have looks right to me. I also ran stinit -v by hand to test my
config file. I don't recall if it's in the man page but stinit keeps
going until it finds an invalid /dev/nstX device so expect an error
when running with -v output.
