Another possibility could be that the interface IP on clien that make
connection with  Networker Server / Storage Node does not have reverse
lookup entry in DNS .
This happens if you have two interface cards on Client .

Try adding all the interfaces hostnames in both Client and Server's
/etc/hosts file and then try .

to confirm you could try nslookup "Client IP" on both Server / Storage node
and Client .

The "client name" in the gui though is "mailserver1.rdlg.net".  I added
an alias and it gives the same error still.
