Hi!

Are you abel to do a manual backup from networker user for lotus notes?

May have someting to do with the eviroment.
I have seen that you will have to ad the path to nnotes.dll and \nsr\bin
And also set the envirment variable seen in nsrnotes.bat.
SET Notes_ExecDirectory=path to nnotes.dll
