Yes.

The only restriction on '-S' is that the slots must be increasing.

Ex:

nsrjb -L -b Full -S 10-15 -S 1 -S 22-18

Would not work.  The proper order would be:

nsrjb -L -b Full -S 1 -S 10-15 -S 18-22
