There is a fix for this problem LGTpa33874, Ican send you this fix by email if

This is a patch for LGTpa33874. This addresses issues with backing up and
restoring the Disk Quota Database on Windows 2000. It was built from the
nw_6_1_build_238 tree (6.1.1). It is to be applied over 6.1.1 only.
Directions:
Close all NetWorker utilities and GUIs that may be running.
Go to the nsr\bin directory, and copy libasm.dll to libasm.dll.orig.
Copy this libasm.dll to libasm.dll in the nsr\bin directory.
In Explorer, go to the nsr\bin directory, right click on libasm.dll.
Go to Properties, and then Version.
Verify that the comment field for the file lists:
LGTpa33874: 6.1.1 Patch

The problem was solved by updating the client from 6.1.1 to 6.2
