Eventhough editing the NT registry, I don't think it might work. I face this
problem before and ultimately the problem turn out to be the NIC card
problem, for instant the compaq NIC has this problem, Somebody in this list
suggested using Intel driver for compaq NIC card solving the problem.

I've seen that for unknown reason, the servers file doesn't work.
Hardcoding the -s option is needed.

On Unix, you can add it on the startup script (S95networker on Solaris)
On Windows, edit the registry entry:
         Local_Machine - System - Current Control Set - Services - nsrexecd
- ImagePath
