Hi All,

This is caused by permissions as Juan pointed out.

NetWorker nsrexec service on NT runs usually as "system" account. If a drive
has all access removed from it then you can get this error. Also, if the
nsrexec service is started as a non-system user, then they need to be given
access to the "ROOT" of each drive to backup. You can also get this problem
if the sub-directories have proper access permissions, but the root
directory has no access permitted for anyone (a common occurrence on NT file
servers).

If its a file server, then I bet that the root directory of E:\ has had all
access permissions removed for all users. In this case add the system
account back again and all will be well.

Its just another example of Legato's fantastic error code encryption system
;-)

Regards

Paul.
