Teresa,

It depends on the version of Exchange you are using.  If you are using
Exchange 5.5 on NT, you need the 2.x version.  If you are running Exchange
2000 on W2K, then you need the 3.x version.  I recommend downloading the
installation guide and release notes for the Exchange module and reading
through them for compatibility issues.
