Recently upgraded our Master servers to W2k and are experiencing some new
fun with Networker 6.1.1 and 6.1.2.  We have two different master servers
with like hardware (L700 library sharing with about 8 Storage nodes,
Emulex, Crossroads, Brocade, and Compaq servers).  Initially, any client
that would need a retry for whatever reason or an auth/name resolution
issue that would occur it would begin spawning multiple nsrexec and
nsrindexd?s? like 20 or more!  Now it has become so bad that we are seeing
this occur with any group that is run.  Eventually it will just get so bad
that nsrd dies and the server requires a cycle.  Any ideas?  BTW, we have a
case open for 24 hours now with Premier  ;-)  Jeff
