Hi All,

We've just migrated our NT side of the house to Legato NW using a Unix backup
server. On a couple of our servers we've got C:\ and D:\ drives. The C:\,
SYSTEM DB, SYSTEM STATE, SYSTEM FILE save sets always succeed. However,
consistently, D:\ on one system gets 26MB out of ~30GB and then suddenly stops.
The other system starts D:\ but no data is xfered and then suddenly stops.
Other similar servers do not experience this problem.

Adjusting the client definition for one of the affected clients so that only
'D:\' is backed up and issuing a 'savegrp' commmand w/ verbose shows nothing
useful.

On the server side, even though the backup has been killed, the save session
remains in the GUI window. Also, the nsrindexd processes never terminates and
must be manually killed.

Client Details:

NW: 6.1.1
OS: Win2k w/ SP2 (?)
Primary Apps: Lotus Notes
OFM (8.0?) installed

Server Details:

NW: 6.1.1
OS: Solaris 8

Thanks,

        /\/elson
