My question may not be Legato related but it never hurts to try.. I was 
depositing some tapes from my load port on a Compaq TL895 tape library when it 
errored out with a "Gripper Open Error".  I took the tape out that was in the 
robotic gripper but the box refuses to do anything now.  Has anyone had an 
issue like this with this library.  It sounds like I might need a new robotic 
arm but I'm not positive.  And of course this has to happen the day I leave for 
vacation.
