You can set autoeject on Media -> Jukeboxes -> view -> details and then
scroll down to autoeject.

I'm  not sure that autoeject is a good idea since it might lead to certain
drives being more used than others. Keeping tapes in the drive seem to have
an round robin effect on the system I manage.
