[Networker] Duplicate Tapes in Jukebox

Can anyone or has anyone seen this before.
We have a Compaq ESL9198 Jukebox running on a san via an MDR. Everything is
zoned off.
This has only just started happening. It seems to me the moment you get
Legato working for any period all hell breaks loose.
