Ingo,
It's probably the nsrexecd that's started with local Admin account
that has not enough Exchange Admin rights.
Have a try to define at service level an account who has been
granted of Exchange Admin rights and then to restart the nsrexecd
service. Then start a new backup to see if things are going better.
