I think the "no such file or directory" error is related to the locations
your index are stored in. Have you installed NW in the same partition/drive
letter and path as the original server. Example.

If NW was installed on d:\nsr on original server, and on your DR server you
installed the NW on f:\nsr or even c:\win32apps\nsr, then you may have
issues recovering the index because NW will attempt to recover it to the
olddrive\nsr\index.

I have seen this with custiomers running 5.5.x

Also, there are known issues with 5.5.1 relating to mmrecov and recovering
indexes. Since 5.5.5 is version compatible with 5.5.1, I suggest putting on
5.5.5

There is also a disaster recovery guide for version 5 out there on the
Legato website that gives step by step instructions.

I am trying to build a server from bootstrap information of one of my Legato
      Server 5.5.1. After installing the OS, Legato Server I am trying to
      recover the index of my server using



mmrecov,



it reads the tape and recovers /nsr/res and than it shows the index
information
      also like



/nsr/index/server name



but after this it says
nsrindexasm: can't open index for server: No such file or directory

Guys Please help me out, if you have any documentation or any idea about it.
