Under NSR5.x, the calculation was based round 220 Bytes per file
stored in the index.
NSR6.X reduced inde space and I think it's round 140 bytes right now
per stored file description (you have to multiply by the amount
of full cycles and incr ones)

How large/small the storage capacity of your server is
What your backup schedule is like
I'm not aware of a formula that exists for this. Anyone else???
