Ahh... that might explain why it stopped working after I upgraded.  I'll
manually clean each drive and see what happens.

I've never had auto cleaning work unless I do one manual clean for
each drive first. I think it's a problem Networker has in calculating
the next cleaning date if the previous cleaning date didn't exist.
