This volume is still in use, thats why you cannot label it.
use q vol F4AOTIL3 f=d to see what the storagepool is, or look in the volhist 
to see the status, perhaps its a database backup tape.

hi All,
we are currently hadling label libvol manually, due to some drive issue we
have made it manual, like we have made "relabelscratch=no" and now running
manual label commands however many volumes are not getting labeled, and it
is getting below errors before it get failed.


command using:LABEL LIBVOLUME VLIB-F4 search=yes labelsource=barcode
WAITTIME=0 checkin=scratch overwrite=yes

the first volume it will not show in the library , however the second one
