Hi Vik!
This looks very much like APAR IC78933 
(http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1IC78933) but that should be 
fixed in 6.3.1 according to the APAR. I would check with support if I was you.

I am facing a problem in one of our TSM server, where backup stg is failing 
with below error.

Enviornemnt : TSM server 6.3.1.0 running on windows server 2008.

Does anyone know a quick solution to this problem?
