[ADSM-L] Multiple dsmcads, multiple dsmwebcl logs?

Win2K8, TSM 6.3.

We are using a giant Win2K8 machine to set up multiple data mover nodes for 
TSM/VE.

So we need a different dsmcad process for each data mover.
I remember how to set that up, but don't remember if there is a way to have 
each dsmcad write to a different dsmwebcl.log file?

Anybody made that happen?
Is it possible to specify the DSM_LOG environment variable for a specific 
Windows service, for example?

Any advice appreciated!
