I've just finished watching a recording of an IBM webcast by Andrew
Raibeck and his colleagues on 'Using Tivoli Storage Manager to Backup
Windows System State'. It offers a lot of insights into the System State
backup process and the issues which can often surround it.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone on the list who has a
requirement to backup Windows clients.

Don't be put off by the duration - a lot of this is made up of Andy
tirelessly answering questions from participants after the presentation
was concluded. However I have no regrets about sitting through the full 2
hours because even the Q&A threw up some nuggets.

My sincere thanks go to Andy and his colleagues (and IBM) for putting the
time into supporting the user community in this way.
