I don't know that you can guarantee that v6.2 won't be slower than v5.5
- the DB disk utilization will be higher and you will need at least 2x
the RAM. If you do an in-place conversion, you could be out for a while
if you have a large DB as well.

on AIX 6.1 on p520 server.  I've already upped memory to 32gb.
