It is my understanding that dedup is lost when the data moves to the pool that 
does not have dedup enabled.

Thus, your pool on VTL will be non-deduped data with the processing overhead to 
un-dupe it as it migrates.

Not gaining any benefit and you've got a processing overhead to consider.

At least that's my understanding.
