    The problem you are seeing in the wizard is that it timed out waiting
for the format to complete.  .  It looks like it took over an hour to run
the formatting commands, and this generally indicates some problems with
your setup, something that will also impact your sever performance once it
is running.  Please check to make sure your system memory and storage
requirements, and , the location of your server directories, and insure
they all meet the recommendations in the install manual.   You might also
try moving your directories to another disk, I have seen a similar problem
where there were disk performance issues.
