The script.

Subject: Problem running a script from TSM client

Morning,

I'm new to this list and pretty new to TSM also, so please let me know
if there is any additional information required.

We appear to be having a problem running a powershell script from the
postschedulecmd of the client on a windows 2003 server.

The powershell script runs absolutely fine when run from the command
line and returns an exit code of 0 up completion. When trying to run the
same command the postschedulecmd, it appears to finish with a return
code of 1 and does not run to the extent that so far no logs have been
generated by the script when run in this method - it normally logs
pretty much every action.

Any pointers as to what could be causing this? Is a reduced environment
set up to run a command such as this? We are using the dsmcad scheduler,
TSM Backup-Archive Client Version 6, Release 1, Level 0.0.

Thanks very much,
Steve
