Bonjour Pierre,

We have not seen this. One thing to try:

   TDPEXCC QUERY EXCHANGE /EXCSERVER=servername.domain

Other than that, there is no way to feed the domain name 
into TSM. TSM will use the domain that the machine is in.
There must be something unique to your configuration.
Opening the PMR with IBM was a good way to proceed.
