No, it's not !

Database directories are storage pathes for DB2 containers. They must beempty when you'll create your database whith the dsmserv format command.

The DFTDBPATH is a kind of database root with should be located in yourTSM instance directory, witch is the directory where will be yourdsmserv.opt and other files concerning your TSM server. This instancedirectory should be apart from database and log directories !

Also remember to set the rights (owner, group...) for all of thesedirectories

Should this not be one of the database directories you created on page 26?

If not, what am I missing?  If so, does it matter which one?
