Hi,

Config:

ITSM V6.2 server running on AIX v6
Centricstor V4
Firewall inbetween


We are trying to connect the ITSM server to the Centricstor emulating a
ACSLS libary. 
Configured firewall and rc.acs_ssi (based on
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=663&context=SSGSG7&uid=swg2
1231145&loc=en_US&cs=UTF-8&lang=en ). Telnet on the used port is working
from both sides, but....

* Rpcinfo test described in the link hangs;
* event.log shows
        [csi_rpccall.c:473] ONC RPC: csi_rpccall():
status:STATUS_NI_FAILURE; failed: clnttcp_create()
RPC TCP client connection failed, RPC: 1832-018 Port mapper failure

Any ideas?

Ps. Anybody has a HOWTO doc on configure ACSLS for ITSM to work in a
setting like this?
