Those errors are for userxxx.db files which are required to look at a
user's mailbox. Still have to figure out how to archive them over, I was
thinking of  archiving one when the data base  isn't open (if that is
possibel)  any Ideas?

If a file is changing as you are making a copy of it, your copy does not 
represent a recoverable image.  If you are attempting a physical file backup of 
a database consisting of multiple component files, the situation is even worse: 
live databases have to be backed up in a logical manner to be recoverable.
