You might have to ask IBM that one, I'm sure it's a hangover from the days
when ADSM was first kicking around when Windows was much less of a
multi-user system than now. Instead, as already stated elsewhere, Windows
provides the -OPTFILE option.

Thanks for the info, but why B/A client for Windows doesn't have such a
flexibility to separate system-wide and user-wide config files? Don't say
windows in not multi-user ;)
