Official documentation (Infocenter) has not been updated yet. Maybe it's already available on Passport Advantage ? There will be a Tivoli Technical Exchange webcast this week. I'm pretty sure that Dave Daun will cover this subject.

Hi Grigori,

If you want to install the Windows client as usual, please download the
.exe file as you were used to (it's in a subfolder).

The .exp file is related to a new feature : client upgrade from the
server as postsched task.
