Where can I find detailed information? 
Which versions of TSM Server and TSM Client are required to use this 
functionality?

Hi Grigori,

If you want to install the Windows client as usual, please download the 
.exe file as you were used to (it's in a subfolder).

The .exp file is related to a new feature : client upgrade from the 
server as postsched task.
