Dig a little deeper into the status of "missed".

Look at the "Last Backup Completion Date/Time" in Q FILESPACE F=D for
that client, and see if perhaps all filespaces are being backed up OK
except the SYSTEM STATE. There are very major known problems with
backing up the Windows Vista/7 SYSTEM STATE, which mostly Tivoli has
said is "Broken As Designed". Basically, there is no such thing as an
incremental backup of a Vista/7 SYSTEM STATE - every backup is a full
backup. This can cause apparent missed backups if you have a slow
network link or a slow client, so perhaps check to see if a backup is
still underway at this moment. Depending on your policies, these can add
up to a lot of stored data. Microsoft has apparently been completely
uncooperative with Tivoli in resolving this. Some sites are combatting
this problem by forcing the SYSTEM STATE into its own Management Class
with very few retained copies, but that still doesn't address the fact
that it's still a full backup every day. There are rumors of fixes
coming in a future Windows client release, perhaps 6.2.

So perhaps these clients are actually being mostly backed up OK, and all
you need to do is to exclude SYSTEM STATE. We do this for all Vista/7
clients with a Client Option Set.
